Dear valued guests,

Thank you for your continued patronage of VILLA FONTAINEVILLAGE.

In consideration of the health and safety of our guests and employees and public hygiene, we have strengthened the sterilization and cleaning of our hotel.

The following measures are based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and have been implemented since January 2020 in cooperation with public health centers and medical institutions.


Requests to our valued guests

1. Temperature measurement at check-in

Use a non-contact thermometer or thermal camera.

2Fill out a medical questionnaire at check-in

3Use of automatic check-in machines (payment machines)

Quicker procedures ease congestion and reduce employee contact.

4. Cooperation in gargling, hand washing, and disinfection

5. Managing the physical condition of hotel guests.

If you feel unwell, please inform the staff
If you experience symptoms such as fever or cough, we will introduce you to the nearest medical institution.

Nine initiatives of facilities and employees

. Employee mask wearing and self-health care

Wear masks to prevent splashing.
Thorough hand washing, gargling, and disinfection
Take the temperature and report the condition every day.
 (Employees with fevers are asked to rest and stay at home for two weeks after the fever breaks.)

2. Wearing gloves when handling customers' luggage

3. Installing an acrylic board to prevent splashes on the front counter

4. Intensive cleaning and sterilization of common area
Disinfectant solution for use by guests is available at the front desk and throughout the hotel.
In addition to regular alcohol-based disinfectants, we also use disinfectants with excellent antiviral properties.

5Strengthen cleaning and sanitizing of common areas

Ozone disinfection is performed during cleaning.
Strengthen disinfection and sterilization of areas that are touched by many people, such as elevator buttons, doorknobs of common restrooms, faucets, furniture, and rental items.

6. Strengthen cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms

Strengthen disinfection and sterilization of areas that are frequently touched, such as doorknobs, remote controls, switches, faucets, and room keys.
All rooms in the building are air cleaners.

7. Change of breakfast service contents

The content of the breakfast served at the hotel has been changed.

9. Compliance with guidelines
The hotel complies with the guidelines for preventing the spread of the COVID19.
