We offer a selection of seasonal items recommended by our chef. We also have salt made with "Guri tea," which is mainly produced in the Izu region, as well as "Sansho salt" and "Curry salt."

The rice will be delivered to your room, so you can turn on the rice cooker whenever you like. You can change it to golden-eyed snapper rice for an additional 1,300 yen.

• *The amount of golden-eyed snapper will not change regardless of the number of servings.

• *Hot pot ingredients and cooking utensils will be prepared in your room before check-in.
• *The appetizers and sashimi for the hot pot kaiseki meal will be delivered to your room between 17:00 and 20:30.
  When you check in, we will ask you for your preferred time.
• * Equipment will be collected the next morning.
• *Available for 2 or more people.

Sukiyaki pot

This set includes meat, vegetables, and cooking utensils for cooking sukiyaki in our special warishita sauce. After you've finished your sukiyaki, enjoy the remaining broth with your udon noodles for the final dish.

Beef shabu-shabu hotpot

This set includes domestic beef sirloin with a good balance of lean and fatty meat, vegetables, and cooking utensils. To finish off your shabu-shabu, we offer firm udon noodles. Enjoy with your choice of sesame sauce or ponzu sauce.

Japanese pork shabu-shabu hotpot

This set includes vitamin-rich Wagyu pork, vegetables, and cooking utensils. Enjoy with your choice of sesame sauce or ponzu sauce, and finish with Chinese noodles.

Seafood fisherman's hotpot

The warishita, made with carefully selected bonito stock and mellow soy sauce, harmonizes with the various ingredients to create a truly deep flavor. To finish off the meal, enjoy the delicious porridge with the broth.

Braised whole golden-eyed snapper

A signature dish unique to Izu. We recommend simmering the fatty golden-eyed snapper. We will prepare a whole fish, which is difficult to do at home, in a stew.

There are two types of sashimi: fresh sashimi and savory grilled oyster shells, which enhance the sweetness of the ingredients. The sashimi shells are served in miso soup.
